Niramish kochu shak Ghanto/সহজে কচু শাক রান্না/নারকেল দিয়ে বাঙালি কচু শাক রেসিপি

 ingredients:-

1.Taro leaves -300 grams.

2. Shredded coconut -1 cup .

3.Nigel la seeds -1/2 tsp.

4.Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp.

5.Salt as required.

6.Fresh green chilli -4 pieces.

7.Sugar -1 tsp.

8.Mustard oil -4 tsp.

Method:-

1.Taro leaves needs to be cut into 2 inch pieces after removing the outer layer.Then wash it.
2.Boil taro leaves with one cup of water for 10 minutes.
3.Then take boiled taro leaves.
4.Heat oil in a pan.
5.Add nigella seeds.
6.Add fresh green chillies (slit).
7.Fry for 2 minutes.
8.Add boiled tero leaves.
9.Add turmeric powder and salt.
10. mix well.
11.Add shredded coconut .
12.Add sugar.                                                                             13.
Cover the pan.                                                                           14.Cook for 7-10 minutes on low flame.                    15.Remove the lid.                                                            16.mix well.Cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
17.Remove from fire.
18.Kochu shak ghanto is ready .served with steamed rice.
