1) Pumpkin ( মিষ্টি কুমড়ো)-350 gm. 2) Onion (পিঁয়াজ) -2 pics. 3) Green Chili (কাঁচালঙ্কা) – 2 pics. 4) Sugar (চিনি) – 1 ½ teaspoon . 5) Turmeric (হলুদ) – ½ teaspoon . 6) Salt ( লবণ ) -1 teaspoon . 7) Panch foron ( পাঁচফোড়ন ) – ½ teaspoon . 8) Mustard Oil ( সরষের তেল ) – ½ cup.
Method-
1) Heat mustard oil in a pan.
2) Add Panch foron and fry.
3) Add chopped onion .
4) Add split green chilies.Fry 2 minutes .
5) Add chopped pumpkin.
6) Add turmeric powder.
7) Add salt.
8) Stir & cover it.
9) cook it in low flame for 7 minutes.
10) At last add sugar to taste .
11) Misti Kumror Chhechki is ready to serve.
