Crispy Chicken pakora:-
Ingredients:-
1.Boneless chicken- 300 grams.
2.Chopped onion -1 medium.
3.Ginger paste-1/2 tsp.
4.Garlic paste -1/2 tsp.
5.Green chilli (chopped)- 2 tbsp.
6.Vinegar or lemon juice- 1 tsp .
7.Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp.
8.Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp.
9.Salt -1/4 tsp .
10.Black salt -1/4 tsp.
11.Chaat masala -1/2 tsp.
12.Gram flour(besan)- 2 tbsp.
13.Rice flour-2 tbsp.
14.Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)- 1/2 cup.
15.Water -1 tbsp.
16.You may need more oil to deep fry.
Method :-
1.I'm taking medium sized chicken cube in a bowl.
2.Add 1 tsp of vinegar.
3.Chopped onion.
4.Ginger paste.
5.Garlic paste and salt .
6.Mix Well.
7.keep aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
8.Now add rice flour 2 tbsp.
9.Add Gram flour 2 tsp.
10.Add Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
11.Add Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp .
12.Add Cumin powder 1/2 tsp.
13.Add chaat masala 1/2 tsp.
14.Add Black salt 1/4 tsp.
15.Add Chopped green chillies 2 tbsp.
16.Add chopped coriander leaves 1/2 cup .
17.Mix Properly .
18.Add 1 tbsp of water (you may need more ).
19.Give shape.
20.Heat oil in a pan .
21.Drop the chicken pieces in the hot oil.
22.Fried on medium to low heat until they are browned.
23.Drain on a plate fry all the chicken in the same manner.
24.serve hot with chutney.
