চাইনিজ রেস্টুরেন্ট স্টাইলে এগ ফ্রায়েড রাইস/Egg fried rice (Chinese style)



Egg fried rice(Chinese style).

Ingredients ..

1.Basmati rice (boiled) -2 cups.

2.Egg -2 numbers.

3.Onion (chopped) -1 number.

4.Garlic(chopped) -2 tsp.

5.Ginger(chopped) -1 tsp.

6.Carrot -½ cup.

7.Capsicum (chopped)- ½ cup.

8.Green chilli (chopped) -1 tsp.

9.Black pepper(crushed) -1 tsp.

10.Salt as required.

11.Vinegar -½ tsp.

12.Soya sauce -1 tsp.

13.Vegetable oil -2-4 tsp.


Method:-

1.Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.

 2.Add eggs.

 3.Add pinch of salt .

 

4.Add Black Pepper(crushed).

 5.Scramble them for about a minute. Remove it. 

 6.In the same pan heat remaining oil.

 

 7.Add garlic.


8.Add Onion.


9. Add ginger .

10.Saute for a minute .


 11.Add carrot.

  12.Add Capsicum .

 

13. Mix pinch of salt .

 14.Mix Well. 

 15.Cover the pan.

  16.Remove the lid.

  17.Add scrambled eggs.

  18.Add Vinegar.

  19.Add Soya sauce.

 20.Add salt(as required).

 

21.Add black pepper,chopped green chilies.

  22.Add rice. 

  23.Stir and mix well. 

  24.Remove from heat.

25.Serve hot .You can serve it with Chinese style side dish.
