AFGHANI CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients:-

1.Chicken -500 grams.
2.Cashew nut & Almond -10 to 12.
3.Magaz -2 tbsp.
4.Yogurt -2 tbsp.
5.Fresh cream -½ cup.
6.Chat masala -½ tsp.
7.Garam Masala -½ tsp.
8.Black pepper powder -1 tsp.
9.Dried fenugreek leaves -1 tbsp.
10.Salt -1 tbsp.
11.Ginger -1 inch.
12.Garlic -2 tbsp.
13.Green chilies -2 pieces.
14.Charcoal -1 piece.
15.Butter -4 tbsp.
16.Lemon juice -2 tbsp.

Method 

1.Soak cashew nuts,magaz and almond for 30 minutes.

2.Take Kaju,magaj, almond ,ginger ,garlic and green chillies in a Blender and blend well. set aside.

3.In a pan,roast dried fenugreek leaves. keep aside.

4.Add cut on chicken pieces.


5.In a bowl add chicken,lemon juice,black pepper powder,garam masala powder,fenugreek leaves,chat masala,salt,yogurt,fresh cream, ground paste.

6.Mix well.

7.Give a charcoal smoke and let it marinate for 1 hour.

8.After 1 hour remove the charcoal.

9.In a frying pan add butter and let it melt.

10.Add marinated chicken pieces.

11.Fry till golden brown on both side.

12.Now add remaining marinate into the pan.

13.Cover and cook on Low heat for 10 minutes.

14.Remove the lid.

For Butter Tarka :-

15.Heat a pan.Melt butter.

16.Switch off the flame.Mix fresh cream.

 17.Add butter tarka to the recipe.

18.Serve hot.
