Bhola bhetki jhal


ingredients:--

1.Bhola bhetki fish -4 pieces.

2.Poppy seeds paste -4 tbsp.

3.Mustard paste -2 tbsp.

4.Green Chili paste -1 tsp.

5.Green chilli (slit) -4 pieces.

6.Nigella seeds -1/4 tsp.

7.Turmeric powder -1 tsp.

8.Salt as required.

9.Mustard oil-1/2 cup.

10.Water -1/2 cup.

 Method:--  


1.Add  turmeric powder.

2.Add salt.

3.Marinate.Leave for 10 mins.

4.Heat oil in a pan.

5.Shallow fry the fish.

6.Fry on both sides.

7.Remove.Keep aside.

8.Add nigella seeds.

9.Fry chopped garlic.

10.Add poppy seeds paste.


11.Cook for 2 mins.

12.Add mustard -chili paste .with water through a strainer.

13.Add turmeric powder.

14.Add salt.

15.Give a quick boil.On high flame.

16.Add chilies.

17.Add fried fishes.

18.Cook for 3-4 mins .On low flame.

19.Serve with 1 tsp of mustard oil.Vhola bhetki jhal is ready to serve.
