Egg Curry


Egg curry
Ingredients:--

1.Egg boiled and peeled -6 pieces.
2.Onion chopped -1 big.
3.Tomato puree -1 cup.
4.Cumin powder -1 tsp.
5.Coriander powder -1 tsp.
6.Red chili powder -1 tsp.
7.Ginger paste -1 tsp.
8.Garlic paste -1 tsp.
9.Turmeric powder -1 tsp.
10.Salt as required.
11.Oil -6 tbsp.
12.Sugar -1/2 tsp.
13.Garam masala powder -1/2 tsp.
14.Dry spices cumin -1/2 tsp.
15.Dry Red Chilies -1 piece.
16.Bay leaf -1 piece.

Method :--

1.Cut a thin slit on each egg using a knife.

 2.Marinate the eggs with -1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

 3.Heat mustard oil in a pan.

4.Fry the marinated eggs.

5. keep aside.

 6.Add some oil in same pan.Fry cumin and dried red chili and bay leaf.

7.Add chopped onion.Fry for 3 minutes on medium flame.

8.Add tomato puree. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.


9.Add ginger garlic paste let it fry. 


10.Add cumin powder.Coriander powder.


11.Red chili powder.


12.Turmeric powder .


13.Add salt .Mix well.


14.cook for 2 - 3 minutes.


15.Mix sugar. 


16.Add fried eggs.Mix properly.


17.Add 1 cup of water. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.


18.Mix garam masala powder.

19.Serve with plain rice, fried rice,naan,pulao and roti.
