Sorse Ilish

Ingredients:-

1) Hilsa Fish (ইলিশ পেটি)-6 pics.
2)  Paste of Brown mustard seeds (সরষে বাটা)-4 teaspoon.
3) Chili paste(লঙ্কা বাটা)-1 teaspoon.
4) Green chili (কাঁচা লঙ্কা)-3 pics.
5) Salt (লবন)-1 teaspoon.
6) Turmeric powder (হলুদ)-1 teaspoon.
7) Mustard oil (সরষের তেল) -6 tablespoon.

Method-

1) At first mix paste of brown mustard seeds with 1 cup of water. Strain it .Add the water in a pan.

2) Mix turmeric powder & Salt.

 3)Add chili paste with it.

4) Add fish pieces.

5) Add mustard oil. 

6) Add green chili.

7) cover the pan.

8) Boil for 10 minutes in medium flame.

9) At last serve with few drops of mustard oil.

10) Serve with hot plain rice.
