 How to make momo at home(সহজ ঘরোয়া পদ্ধতিতে মোমো তৈরী) /chicken momo recipe :
Momos,originally Tibetan recipe.Chicken momo is a popular street food in India, largely the North India.Momos taste delicious when paired with a spicy sauce.

Ingredients:---

1)All purpose flour(ময়দা )-250 gm .
2)Chopped Chicken - 150 gm.
3)Tomato sauce(টমেটো সস )- 2 tbsp.
4)Chili sauce(চিলি সস )- 2 tbsp.
5)Paste of coriander leaves(ধনেপাতা বাটা) - 2 tbsp.
6)Soya sauce(সয়া সস) - 1 tsp.
7)Chopped cabbage(কুচোনো বাঁধাকপি) -1 cup
8)Chopped onion(কুচোনো পেঁয়াজ )- 2 pics .
9)Chopped garlic(কুচোনো রসুন) - 1 tbsp.
10)Chopped ginger(কুচোনো আদা )- 1 tsp.
11)Chopped tomato(কুচোনো টমেটো )- 1 pics .
12)Turmeric powder(হলুদ) -1/2 tsp .
13)Salt(লবন )- 1tbsp.
14)Cumin powder(গুঁড়ো জিরে )- 1/2 tsp .
15)Black pepper(গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো )- 1/2 tsp.
16)Chaat masala(চাট মশলা) - 1 - 2 tbsp.
17)Oil(সাদা তেল )- 4 tsp.
18)Water(জল)--1/2 to 1  cup .

Method :-

For the chutney :-
Tomato sauce+Chili sauce+paste of coriander leaves.
*For the filling:-

1.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the minced garlic to it.
2.Then saute minced ginger and chopped onion for 1 minute.
3.Add chopped tomato. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame .
4.Add minced chicken,turmeric powder, salt,cumin powder,black pepper powder and chaat masala .cook for2-3mins.
5.Add cabbage and mix well .
6.Mix 1 tsp of soya sauce .remove from flame and let it to cool.
*For the dough:- 

1.Mix 2 tbsp of oil and half tsp of salt in the flour.
2.Then knead the flour into a dough with some water.
*For the dumpling :-

 1.Make small balls from the dough.
2.Roll each ball with some flour dust to make a thin  circle (Roll it very thin).
3.Place little feeling in the center of the circle and bring the edges together .
4.Twist a little and press the ends together.
5.Make all the momos in the same way.
6.Steam the momos for 20 to 25 minutes.
7.Serve hot with chutney.
