ALU MATAR PANEER BENGALI RECIPE

Aloo matar paneer 

Ingredients:-

1.Paneer -100 gm.
2.Matar [Boiled]-100 gm.
3.Potato [chopped]-2 big.
4.Onion [chopped]-2.
5.Tomato [chopped]-1.
6.Green chilies -2.
7.Onion paste -1 tbsp.
8.Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp.
9.Foran- Cumin+Red chili(1)+Bay leaf(1).
10.Turmeric powder -1 tsp.
11.Salt -1 tsp.
12.Cumin powder -1 tsp.
13.Sugar 1/2 tsp.
14.Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp.
15.Oil -6 tbsp.
16.Ghee 1/2 tsp.


Method :-


1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Fry paneer with some turmeric powder and salt.keep aside.
3.In same oil add foran.
4.Then fry the potato pieces for 3 minutes.
5.Add green chilies.
6.Add chopped onion,then chopped onions fry for 2-3 minutes on medium frame .
7.Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste.Saute for 2-3 minutes.
8.Add turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder.mix well.
9.Add boiled matar cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
10.Add warm water.
11.Cook for 15 minutes with lid.
12.Add paneer.mix well.
13.Add sugar,garam masala powder and ghee.
14.Aloo matar paneer is ready to serve with plain rice roti,Naan or paratha .
