SHORSHE TANGRA / Indian fish curry

Shorshe tangra
Ingredients

1.Tengra fish -20 pieces.

2.Mustard oil -1/2 cup.

3.Turmeric powder -1 tsp.

4.Salt -1 tsp.

5.Nigella seeds -1/4 tsp.

6.Paste of mustard seeds -4 tsp.

7.Onion [chopped]-2.

8.Green chillies -6 pieces.

9.Chilli paste -1 tsp

10.Water -1 cup.

Method :-

1.Marinate the tangra fishes with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of salt and fry both side.

2.Heat oil in a pan.

3.Fry nigella seeds. 

4.Fry [chopped] onion for 2 minute's.

5.Add paste of mustard seeds .

6.Water and green chilies .cook for 3 minutes.

 

7.Add fried fishes cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

8.At last at 1 tsp of mustard oil.

8.The sorshe tangra is ready.serve with hot plain rice.
