Chicken stew

Ingredients:-

1.Chicken 7-8 pieces.

2.Potato sliced 2 piece.

3.Carrot sliced 1 piece.

4.Papaya 8 - 10 pieces sliced.

5.Mustard oil 4 tsp.

6.Chopped onion 1 piece.

7.Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.

8.Salt 1 tsp.

9.Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp.

10.Black Pepper powder 1/4 tsp.

Method:-

 1.Marinate the chicken pieces  with 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.

 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

 3.Add all vegetables Saute for 3 minutes .

 4.Add chopped onion saute for 2 minute.

 5.Marinated chicken pieces mix well.

 6.Add ginger garlic paste and Pepper powder.

 7.Turmeric powder.

 8.Add salt. cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

 9.Add 2 cups of water.

 10.Cook for 5-6 whistle.

 

11.Chicken stew is ready to serve.
