Mutton fat pakora / Khashir mangser chorbir bora / খাঁসির মাংসের চর্বির বড়া

INGREDIENTS:-

1.Mutton fat -150 gm.

2.Chopped onion -1 big.

3.Chopped green chilies -2 pics.

4.Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp.

5.Red chili powder -1/2 tsp.

6.Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp.

7.Salt -1/2 tsp.

8.Rice flour -4 tsp.

9.Chickpea flour -1/2 cup.

10.Oil -4 tsp.

 Method:-

1.Mash mutton fat,chopped onion,chopped green chilies,ginger garlic paste,Red chili powder,Turmeric powder,Salt,Rice flour & Chickpea flour in a large bowl.

2.Prepare oil for deep frying.

 3.Place small lumps of the mixture into the oil.Give shape as you like.

4.Fry into both side on medium flame.

 5.Serve as a snack.
