Dry chili chicken recipe

Dry chili chicken is a popular Indo-Chinese recipe.This recipe is super easy to make and its result is just like any of your favorite Chinese restaurant.It is sweet and sour, crispy and spicy.Pair it with hot stir fry Noodles or fried rice.

INGREDIENTS:-

1)Born less chicken (হাঁড় ছারানো মুরগীর মাংস-250gm. 

2)Vinegar (ভিনিগার)-1 tsp. 

3)Egg (ডিম)-1-2 pics. 

4)Ginger paste (আদা বাটা)-1/2 tsp.

 5)Garlic paste (জিরে গুঁড়ো)-1/2 tsp. 

6)Salt (লবন)-1tsp. 

7)Pepper powder-1/4 tsp. 

8)Red chili powder (লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো)-1/4 tsp. 

9)Cornflour (কর্ণফ্লাওয়ার)-3-4 tbsp. 

10)Oil (সাদা তেল)-2 cup. 

11)Onion(thickly sliced) (কুঁচানো পেঁয়াজ)-2 pics. 

12)Garlic(chopped) (রসুন)-2 tsp. 

13)Capsicum (cubed)(ক্যাপসিকাম)-1/2 cup. 

14)Green chilies(thickly sliced)(কাঁচা লঙ্কা)-2 pics. 

15)Soya sauce (সয়া শস)-1 tsp. 

16)Chili sauce (চিলি শস)-1 tsp. 

17)Tomato sauce (টমেটো শস)-1 tsp.18)Sugar (চিনি)-1/4 cup.


Method:--

1.Mix vinegar (1tsp)with chicken for 20 minutes.

2.Mix together chicken,egg, ginger & garlic paste,salt(1/2 tsp),pepper powder,soya sauce1/2tsp & cornflour(2-3 tbsp).

3.leave for 30 minutes.

4.Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the chicken pieces over high heat to begin with and then lower the flame.Fry until the chicken is cooked through.

5.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in another pan. Add chopped garlic. 

6. Add onion.

7. Add capsicum & green chilies. Saute for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.

8. Add soya sauce (1/2 tsp), chili sauce (1/2 tsp), Tomato sauce (1 tsp),salt (1/2 tsp) & sugar (1/4 tsp).

9.Add 1/2 cup of water. Mix well.

10. Add deep fried chicken.

11.Cook for 2-3 minutes with cornflour (1 tsp).

12. Serve hot, garnished with the green chilies.
