One of the easiest Indian dessert recipes served on Vrat or fasting days.This traditional Indian sweet pudding made with sabudana (tapioca pearls) and milk.Sabudana kheer recipe with step by step photos /video.

Ingredients:-

1.Sabudana - (Tapioca Sago / Pearl sago) - 1/2 cup.
2.Milk - 1 liter.
3.Sugar - 1 cup.
4. cardamom - 2 .
5. Saffron - 1/4 tsp.
6.Raisins - 2 tbsp.
7.Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp.
8.Water - 1 cup.

Method:-


1. Soak sabudana(Tapioca Sago / Pearl sago)in 1 cup of water for 30 min..

2.Boil milk .

3.Add soaked sabudana(Tapioca Sago / Pearl sago).Stir for 10 min..

4.Add cardamom pods.

5.Add saffron.

6.Add raisins.

7.Add cashew nuts.

8.Add sugar.

9.Cook until milk turns thick.

10.Garnish with nuts & saffron.
