mango rice kheer
Ingredients:-
1.Full fat milk - 3 cups.
2.Gobinda bhog rice/Basmati rice -4 tbsp.
3.Mango puree - 1 cup.
4.Ghee - 1/4 tsp.
5.Sugar - 1 cup.
6.Green cardamon - 2 pieces.
7.Raisins - 8-10 pieces,Cashew nuts (broken)- 5 pieces.
Method:-
1.At first grind the gobinda bhog rice.(Grind for 10 sec). Place it in a bowl.
2.Boil the milk in a heavy bottomed pan .
3.Add the rice.
4.Cook the rice on low flame for 10 min...Cook until the rice is fully cooked.
5.Now add ghee for good flavour.Stir well.
6.Then add green cardamoms.
7.Add sugar.
8.Add cashew nuts & raisins.
9.Cook until the kheer turns thick.
10.Remove from flame & let it cool down.
11.Mix the mango puree with the mixture.
12.Serve with a garnish of cashew nuts & raisins.
