Mango Coconut Laddu
Ingredients:-
1.Mango puree-2 cups.
2.Sugar - 1/2 cup.
3.Mango Full fat milk - 1 tbsp.
4.Cashew nut paste - 1/2 cup.
5.Milk powder - 1/2 cup.
6.Desiccated coconut - 2tbsp.
Method:-
1.Add mango puree in to a heavy bottom pan.Switch on the flame.
2.Sugar with it.Stair well.Cook for 2 minutes in medium flame.
3.Add milk & mix well.
4.Once it starts boiling,lower the flame.Cook for 3-5 minutes.
5.Add cashew nut paste.Mix properly.
6.Then add milk powder.Give it a stir.
7.Keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom of pan.
8.Now add 1 1/2 cups of desiccated coconut.
9.Add cardamom (pods).Cook till the mixture starts thickening.It will take 4-5 minutes.
10.Take a small portion of the mixture,roll into round shape ball.
11.Roll in the reserved coconut.
12.Topping with raisins & nuts.
13.Mango coconut laddu is ready.
