Stir fried red spinach in bengali style / লাল শাক

                

লালশাক ভাজা/ Lal shak Bhaja(Stir fried red spinach) is a Bengali traditional recipe. this recipe is easy to cook with simple ingredients ,yet tastes  amazing a every time with steamed rice.

Ingredients:-

1.Lalshaak - 1 bunch.

2.Garlic(chopped) - 5-6 pcs.

3.Green chilli - 2-3.

4.Salt to taste.

5.Sugar to balance.

6.Nutes handful.

7.Nigella seeds -1/4 tsp.

8.Mustard oil - 2 tbsp.

9.Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp.

10.Shredded coconut - 2 tbsp.

11.Mustard sauce - 1 tbsp.

Method:-
 1.Wash & finely chop laal shaak.

2.Heat oil in a pan.
 3.Fry nuts.Keep aside.

 4.Add 1 tbsp of oil in the same pan.

 5.Saute nigella seeds.

 6.Add garlic saute until golden in colour.

7.Add laal shaak.

8.Add split green chilies.

 9.Add turmeric powder .

10. Add  Salt . 

  11.Mix well.Add fried nuts.

12.Cover the pan & cook for 5-7 min..on medium flame.

  13.Remove the lid & add sugar.fry for 3-5 min..on high flame.

  14.Serve with shredded coconut & mustard sauce.
