INGREDIENTS
1.Boneless chicken-150 gm
2.Egg- 1 piece
3.Salt- 1 tsp
4.Ginger paste-1/2 tsp
5.Red chili powder-1 tsp
6.Oil-3 cup
7.Chili sauce-1 tsp
All purpose flour-1 cup
Cornflakes-1/2 cup
METHOD
1)Grind the cornflakes in mixer grinder.Place it in a plate.
2)Mix a pinch of salt red chili powder& 1/2 tsp of ginger paste with egg.Mix it well.
3)Mix salt & red chili powder with cornflakes & all purpose flour Separately.
4)Coat chicken pieces with beaten egg.
5)Place the pieces in all purpose flour for coating,do not use fingers.Try to use spoon for coating.
6)Coat with all purpose flour.Place in another plate.
7)Mix excess all purpose flour with cornflakes.
8)Double coat the chicken pieces with egg & cornflakes.
9)Use strainer for good shape.
10)Heat
oil in a
pan.
11)Fry the chicken pieces.
12)Fry until golden brown.
13)Serve with chili sauce.
