1)Please shred only the white part of coconut for white coconut barfi.
2)Prepare a smooth thick paste of coconut,sugar & milk using mixer grinder.
3)Place the paste in a non-stick pan & heat.
4)Stir it on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
5)Add milk powder.Mix well.
6)Add cardamom powder.
7)Give a good mix till it starts separating pan.Continue to cook until the mixture comes together.
8)Transfer it on a plate coated with ghee.Press & set to a square shape.
9)Cut them to desired sizes while it is still warm.
10)Cool the coconut barfi.Garnish with almond & raisins.
