Bengali Kacha Aamer Chutney / Raw mango chutney recipe

Bengali Kacha Aamer Chutney

Ingredients:

1)Raw mango 2 large size.
2)Ginger-1 tsp (finely chopped).
3)Oil-1 tbsp.
4)Bay leaf 1 & Dry red chili 1 piece.
5)Panchforan-1tsp.
6)Salt as required.
7)Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.
8)Sugar-1 cup.


METHOD:

1)Boil raw mango pieces in salted water for 2 minutes. Strain the mangoes.

 2)Heat 1 tbsp of mustard oil in a pan.

3)Add panchforan, dry red chili, bay leaf & fry.

4)Add raw mango pieces.

 5)Add turmeric powder.

 6)Add salt as required.

 7)Stir well.

 8)Cover the pan.Cook it for 1minute.

 9)Remove the lid.Add  chopped ginger.

 10)Add 1 cup of water.

11)Add sugar.

12)Mix properly.

 13)Now the Bengali Kacha Aamer Chutney is ready.
