Chinese egg noodles

Noodles-1 packet

Egg-1 piece

Beans -3-4 pieces

shredded cabbage-1/2 cup

Green chilies(finely chapped)-1tbsp

Medium size onion (finely chopped)-1 piece

Cauliflower florets- 6-7 pieces

Red bellpepper-1 tbsp

Green bell pepper- 1 tbsp

Yellow bellpepper-1 tbsp

Oil-4 tbsp

Soya sauce-1 tsp

Salt-1 tsp

Chat masala-1 tsp

Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp

Method:-

1.Cook noodles in salted water for 2-3 minutes.

2.Strain the noodles in a colander after cooking.Rinse the noddles with chilled water.

3.Heat 2 tsp of oil in a karai / pan.

4.Beat the egg and cook it till it gets scrambled.Place it on a plate.

5.Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan.

6.Add all bell papers.

7.Fry all vegetables with a pinch of salt for 3-4 minutes.

8.Add onion.

9.Add chopped green chilies.

10.Add noodles to the pan.Stir fry it for 2 minutes.

11.Now add 1 tsp of soya sauce,salt (as required ) stir well.

12.Add scrambled egg.

13.Serve with chat masala and tomato ketchup.
