How to make ghee at home

GHEE

INGREDIENTS:--

1)Milk Cream (দুধের সর)
2)Water (জল)

How to make ghee

Method :-

1.Take milk cream in a big continent.

 2.Start steering it about 5 minutes.

 3.Add water for butter.

4.Take the white butter in a heavy pan.

5.keep it on stove with low flame avoid burns.

6.Once you can see the light golden brown color,switch off the stove.Filter out the brown particles with a sieve.

7.keep the ghee aside to cool down to room temperature.

8.Ghee is now ready.Use the ghee with fried rice,pulao & butter naan.
