 HOW TO MAKE PANEER AT HOME                  

 Ingredients :- 

1.Cow milk -1 litter.

2.Vinegar or lemon juice 4 tsp.

3.Water 1 litter.

Method:-

1.Boil the milk.

 2.Pour vinegar slowly on low flame. gently stir milk.

 3.Immediately you can see the milk begins to curdle. remove from flame.

 4.Add cold water to cool it.

 
5.Pour it  in a thin cotton muslin cloth lined over a colander. Drain whey.

 7.Squeeze any excess water.

 8.Place it on a plate covered with a cloth.Place a heavy object on it (grinding stone).

9.After 1 hour your paneer  is ready.

10.Cut paneer into cubes or any shape.
